Introduction
The Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies (LIBES) is a government-owned tertiary institution under the Ministry of Technology and Science in Zambia. The institution operates under the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (TEVET) system and is regulated by TEVETA.
LIBES is located in Livingstone, the tourist capital of Zambia, and has over 50 years of experience in providing quality technical and vocational education. The institution has built a strong reputation for developing skilled professionals who contribute to the country’s economic and social development.
LIBES offers a wide range of programs in engineering, business, hospitality, tourism, ICT, and vocational skills, providing students with both theoretical knowledge and practical training required in modern industries.
