The Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies (LIBES) successfully participated in the launch of the Dual-VET programs in Water Supply and Sanitation Operations held on 19/03/2026 at the Southern Water and Sewerage Company (SWSC). The program aims to strengthen practical skills development by combining classroom learning with hands-on industry experience, preparing students for real-world challenges in the water and sanitation sector.
